● For only $30 per auction (after the first), revel in the added protection alongside the standard sellers fee.
● Access the consignment form in our office or request a copy via email.
● Entrust your vehicle’s history to us. If you choose to provide your own Car Fax, ensure it encompasses the Vehicle History Report + Lien Check (BC) for a comprehensive selling advantage.
● Our doors are open for you! Visit us Tuesday-Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM, to seamlessly initiate the consignment process.
Removal from Auction:
● Navigate flexibility with grace. If your vehicle doesn’t find its match and you decide to remove it, a $95 Set up Fee ensures a smooth transition.
● For subsequent auctions, a $30 run fee keeps the momentum going.
● Don’t have the CarFax & Lien Check on hand? No worries! An additional $85.00 (if not supplied) ensures your vehicle remains in the spotlight even if you choose to part ways.
- A $95 check-in fee is required, covering the following services:
- Handling the check-in process.
- Listing the item on multiple platforms.
- Answering all questions from potential buyers.
- Having our professional auctioneer auction your item.
- Collecting payment on your behalf.
- The $95 fee is waived if your item sells.
- If your Travel trailer, 5th Wheel, Motorhome, Utility trailer or boat exceeds 20ft will there will be a $149 check in fee that is non refundable.
Selling your item remotely
We collaborate with multiple sellers to facilitate remote sales of their items.
- Sellers may provide photographs of their items, or we will use existing advertising images if they meet our standards.
- The seller’s exact location will not be disclosed; only a general area will be indicated.
- The precise location will be shared with the buyer once full payment has been received by Jett Auction.
- The buyer and seller are responsible for coordinating a mutually convenient pick-up day and time.
- A $95 check-in fee is required, covering the following services:
- Handling the check-in process.
- Listing the item on multiple platforms.
- Answering all questions from potential buyers.
- Having our professional auctioneer auction your item.
- Collecting payment on your behalf.
- The $95 fee is waived if your item sells.

- A lien search, ICBC report, and/or Carfax will be required. Sellers can provide these reports, or we can assist in obtaining them.

- Agreement to Jett Auction’s terms and conditions.
- A mutual agreement on the reserve price.
